What do I need to do first?
Create a domain name. If you want us to purchase this for you we can. The fee is $25 plus the cost of the domain name. Cost is generally $20 per year, if you want to keep your personal information confidential.

You can not publish (put your site on the internet for people to view) if you do not have a place to do so. Hosting companies provide the space you need for world wide viewing of your site.

A web page is a text document published to your web server that includes links (hyperlinks), HTML tags, text and/or graphics. A web page is one page in a web site.

How long will it take to complete my project?
In most cases, we are waiting for our clients to get back to us! As we work on your project, we will e-mail and/or fax the project to you in stages of progression, in order to ensure approval before the next step is taken. For a limited time, your project will be placed on our "test web site"; you will be e-mailed a link to access and review it. We work with and for you, so the sooner you are able to get back to us.the sooner we can complete your project.
We will half the direction the project is going and listen to your needs and wishes. Client satisfaction is our ultimate goal.
What will you need to build my web site?
We will need to have all web site content to be used, including texts and graphics.
What is your payment policy?
A 50% non refundable deposit is required to initiate your project. The remaining balance is due at project completion. For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard.
Is there a service agreement to sign?
You will need to sign our Service Agreement form before we iniciate your project. You can sign the form and mail it to us or state your agreement via e-mail.
Will you come to my office?
If your office is located in California, we will travel at your request. There is no general travel charge for businesses within the Southern California area. Business transactions may take place via phone, mail, e-mail, and fax if you are located out of our travel area.

What is desktop publishing?
